Arun Kumar Lahiri brings more than 14 years of experience in the areas of Personal Injury, Real Estate and General Contract Law experience to the firm. He successfully prosecuted offenders in Westchester County where he brings a command of issues in criminal matters and family law.  He has also managed over 100 immigration cases, while working in Lower Manhattan.  He is also a practicing Law Guardian in Family Court (attorney for children) and is a strong advocate for children's rights in Matrimonial, Juvenile Delinquency, PINS, Neglect, as well as Custody and Visitation Matters.  He is admitted in New York, United States Federal Court and serves as a  as Guardian Ad Litem in Surrogates Court.  An advocate for children, Arun serves as a board member of the Kiwanis Club if Kingston and is the proud father of two. 

Rekha Nori brings more than over 14 years of experience in Wills and Estates practice and administration. She is also well versed in the nuts and bolts of Estate Planning from a substantive and procedural aspect. She brings with her a knowledge of the pitfalls of poor estate planning and will make every effort bring her expertise to plan the best tailor-made wills and estates package for our clients. She also will help you with your corporation, and partnership issues along with their setup and administration. She is also a practicing Law Guardian in Family Court (attorney for children) and is a strong advocate for children's rights in Matrimonial as well as Custody and Visitation Matters. She is admitted in New York, United States Federal Court, serves as Guardian Ad Litem in Surrogate's Court and has the distinction of being appointed as Surrogate's Court Special Examiner in Ulster County.  Rekha serves on the Children's Annex Board of Directors and is a proud mother of two.
